Director General

Shri Sudeep Shrivastava is Joint Secretary in Ministry of Electronics and IT and is also holding the charge of Director General, ERNET India. He looks after R&D in IT, CDAC, SAMEER, CCBT, NIELIT, HRD, Coordination and Parliamentary matters in MeitY.  He is In-charge of two keys pillars of compute and foundation models in India AI. 

He is MTech from IIT Kanpur. He is IRSSE officer and has held important portfolios like ED/GatiShakti in Railways and Director / PMSSY in Ministry of Health and Family Welfare looking after new AIIMS.  He has also received National Award for Outstanding Services in Railways.
